Senator Fadeyi flags off access road in Osun

Senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District, and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment, Olubiyi Fadeyi, has secured presidential approval for 5 kilometers of road construction across the district.

A key highlight is a 1-kilometer access road within the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital in Ila-Orangun.

According to a statement signed by his Media aide, Bashorun Adekanola Desmond, the remaining 4 kilometers will connect other parts of the senatorial district, boosting infrastructure and providing rural road access to farmers, traders, and commuters.

“This project will transform mobility and healthcare delivery in our region,” Senator Fadeyi said.

The statement further revealed that the official flag-off ceremony is set for later this March, to be led by the Senator himself.

Preliminary site clearing has already started at the hospital site, signaling imminent full-scale construction.

This move highlights Fadeyi’s dedication to infrastructure and healthcare improvements in Osun Central.
