Makinde has laid foundation for unprecedented devt in Oyo — Cleric

The District Superintendent, Christ Apostolic Church, Prayer Mountain of Mercy, (Oke Aanu) Ojoi, Ibadan, Pastor Isaiah Alade has lauded the developmental strides of the Seyi Makinde-led administration in Oyo state.

Alade stated that the governor has laid a solid foundation for unprecedented development in the state.

He gave the commendation during a vigil as part of activities marking the 18th Anniversary of ‘Mercy Once Again on the Mountain’.

The cleric said Governor Makinde’s administration has recorded tremendous achievements in various sectors, referencing the building of ultra-modern shops at Bodija Market, which were allocated to traders free of charge.

“All the transformative projects by Governor Makinde across the state are designed to outlive his administration, where all the citizens will benefit in one way or another,” he said.

Pastor Alade enjoined the governor to remain focused on the developmental projects, which are the dividends of democracy that citizens could benefit from, praying God to bless him more with wisdom as he continues to steer the leadership of the state with good governance.

The cleric, who is popularly known as Omo Woli, urged Oyo State residents to always pray for all political office holders in the state for the sustainability of good governance and people-centred policies and programmes.

Other ministers who prayed and sang at the programme included Founder of Orí Oke Aanu, Prophet Moses AladeOlu, Pastor Paul Oyeranmi, Prophet Wumi Jesuyimika, Pastor Soladoye, Lady Evangelist Bose Adeiwa and Choir of CAC, Prayer Mountain of Mercy.
